60 People in Sawah Besar Test Negative for Covid-19

So far they have been confirmed safe from Covid-19

As many as 60 people in Sawah Besar Sub-district, Central Jakarta who just arrived from their hometown were reportedly confirmed negative for Covid-19. This report was obtained after they underwent a rapid antigen test yesterday.

Sawah Besar Sub-district Head, Prasetyo said based on the data gathered, around 300 people in his region took the homecoming trip, where 20 percent or around 60 of them had returned to Jakarta.

"So far they have been confirmed safe from Covid-19," he said, Monday (5/17).

Nevertheless, they had to undergo self-isolation in their respective homes.

Together with local RT/RW caretakers and three pillars, he would continuously monitor the arrival of residents who return and newcomers in a bid to contain the spread of Covid-19.

"We ask those of you who have just returned to your hometown to soon take the antigen test at the community health center (puskesmas) or the COVID-19 checkpoint service post," he stressed.
